HERS ratings allow builders to use the Performance Path to energy code compliance, using the Energy Rating Index (ERI) provided by the service. HERS ratings are certified by 3rd party providers, ensuring proper documentation. HERS rated homes are entered into a national registry maintained by RESNET, the national agency that oversees the HERS rating program and training. This means there is integrity and accountability in the program, and the HERS ratings add value to the home through energy efficiency and attach value to the measures used for compliance.


To do this, we perform 4 inspections at the foundation pour, framing, insulation and at the end of the build. We take pictures, measurements and pressure readings and communicate with the appropriate team members if there are compliance issues or other concerns.
